Refund policy

For Panasonic Rice Cookers

All sales are final. No returns. Exchange-only. Exchanges can be made directly with Panasonic Headquarters within 6 months from the date of purchase. Once your exchange request gets approved, Panasonic will send you a different version of the same product.

To initiate an exchange,

  1. Call 1-877-266-6836
    a. Press option 5
    b. A representative will troubleshoot the product
  2. Email svcdelayeast@us.panasonic.com the following:
    a. Proof of purchase (receipt / invoice)
    b. Photo of sticker (located on the bottom of the product) which shows the serial number
  3. Once approved, you will receive a replacement product
    a. Please keep the new product box and the enclosed prepaid shipping label for return.
    b. Within 30 days, ship the defective product back with the box and shipping label. If the defective product is not returned within 30 days, there will be a charge

For Cuchen Rice Cookers

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused and unopened products from the delivery date. Refunds are not granted for items with signs of use or damage, items that have been opened, or items that are returned more than 14 days from the delivery date. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Cuchen US is not responsible for a package sent with a return label not provided by Cuchen US. We strongly suggest you purchase shipping insurance for the value of your returning product, as damaged items will not be refundable. Please keep the tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is safely returned to our warehouse.

The warranty period is 6 months from the date of purchase. To claim a warranty, you will be asked to submit proof of purchase and a warranty card provided at the time of purchase.
